Cobos is respecting the privacy of each and everyone, visiting the websites of Cobos: Cobos and Shekinah.
We assure that all information, submitted to us, is kept confidential.
Data of your name, address, telephone, e-mail and bank account will never be submitted to anyone outside the Cobos agency without your personal permission
To apply the best possible service to you, we need some of your data:
- To enrol you for courses, workshops and travels: your name, address, postal code, residence, telephone number and e-mail address.
- To subscribe you to the Cobos Newsletter: your name and e-mail address. For the printed version: your name, address, postal code and residence.
- For an order in the Cobos webshop: your e-mail address to check your order and your name, address, postal code and residence to deliver your order.
Data of your name, address, telephone, e-mail and bank account will be exchanged between the branches of Cobos: Cobos Organization and Cobos Accounts, but only for the parts necessary for subscription and organizing.
Data of your name, address, telephone and e-mail are exchanged with other participants of the course, workshop or travel you’ve enrolled yourself to, for the benefit of mutual contact after the event.
Data of your name, address, postal code, residence, telephone number and e-mail address are stored in a file, connected to the course, workshop or travel you’ve enrolled yourself to, for the benefit of sending you (supplementary) information on this event later on.
Personal data and information will never, and in no way be exchanged to anyone. The only exception is, if, after consultation, you agreed upon this exchange yourself for special and arranged purposes.
A personal question may also have a more common notice. Therefore it might be useful to exchange the answer to other people. If there is any reason to publish that in any way, shape or form, your permission will be asked in advance. In the publication itself no personal data or aspects will be mentioned. We will also ask you to read and check the text before publishing.
